This property was a 2 bedroom Victorian terraced house in need of complete renovation. We removed numerous internal walls upstairs and down. Replacement sash windows were made to measure to incorporate double glazed sealed units, whilst maintaining the traditional look and feel. The rear of the property was extended to incorporate a larger open plan kitchen/dining area.

By making best use of the space upstairs, new internal walls were built and the bathroom was moved, the result being 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, with the master bedroom incorporating an ensuite shower room. The property was completely re-wired to include CAT5 networking throughout, allowing it’s occupants to benefit from distributed audio/visual facilities to all rooms. A raised decking area was constructed in the garden.
