Previously a three bedroom 1930’s house in need of some updating, this house had a high, pitched roof extending the full width of the property. By building gables at each end and making some minor alterations to the 1st floor, we were able to incorporate a further bedroom and ensuite bathroom in the loft area, which made a sizeable master suite.

Downstairs, we demolished and rebuilt part of the side of the property to extend the kitchen and add a utility room. We also built an additional reception room/study to the rear. Finally, we added some raised decking, a workshop and a 4000gallon gravity fed Koi pond with steel re-inforced base and sides and concealed filtration!
