‘idea’ stage, where we’ve met to discuss
requirements and followed up with a site survey. Subsequently,
we’ve provided architectural drawings and acted
as clients’ agents through the planning process,
where necessary. Upon client and local authority approval,
construction begins. If you
already have planning permission approved or architects
drawings, we would welcome the opportunity to quote
for your works based on the required specification.
Our aim is to provide an excellent service,
being both reliable and efficient with all that we do,
whilst being considerate to our clients’ needs,
particularly if they’re in residence during works.
